I got it too!
I manually removed it, but now I can't double click on programs to make them run.

What can I do about that?

I am having major issues with this bug "XP Antispyware 2010". I have basically been locked out of my internet and pretty much any other use of my comp is continously interrupted. This program should be reported and no one ever again felt to believe they are required to buy from these people. I apparently acquired it from a job listing/website/recruiter somewhere, it's the only place I have been on my comp in several weeks, so obviously nowhere is safe, and I have antivirus protection, so how did this one slip by........In order to fix this I had to go to another comp and download this fix to a flash drive- hopfully this one works!
