I need to note that Spyware Doctor is a 100% working remedy, it could not fail to remove Antivirus 360. It is automatic removal tool for Antivirus 360, but it is not a malware installed automatically. You need to INSTALL Spyware Doctor once you have downloaded it, and then launch it to run free scan. I believe this will make you get rid of Antivirus 360.

I got clobbered by this while browsing webcomics on SmackJeeves…

I don’t have a Google folder, but I ran a system restore and that seemed to put things right. If anyone knows otherwise, please let me know!

On a side note, the installation of Perfect Defender 2009 seems to be heralded by several soft beeps just before the system shuts down and reboots. At least, that’s how it was for me. Anyone who hasn’t been hit by this: if your PC starts beeping softly at you with no reason, shut down Internet Explorer. Fast. I did this the second time it happened and so far haven’t had any further problems.

For those having trouble finding the “application data” folder, it is probably a hidden folder. When making your way through the folders you must go to the “tools” dropdown menu and click on “folder options”. At that point you click on the “view” tab at the top. One of the options listed below will be to either “view hidden folders” or “do not view hidden folders”. Once you change that so you can view them, you will see a bunch of pale folders, including the “application data” folder. Then inside there you will find the google folder.

everyone who is struggling i have figured it out

if you are trying o delete the 2 files and getting the messgae that access is denied.

boot into safe mode with command prompt
then in the command prompt type ‘dir C:/’ press enter
then type ‘cd application data’ press enter
then type ‘del google’ press enter
then type ‘y’ press enter

shut down.
Boot up in normal mode.
empty recylce bin.

Voila

if you cant access the application folder try this

C:\documents and settings\*user*\application data

type that out into the explorer top bar.
I couldnt find it but this worked. hope this helps.

I cant delete the 2 other files same as sam….please help!!

Oh one last thing. The files mentioned by Atomic may have different names but you can tell by the extensions.

Also, I just deleted everything in that google folder and it helped.

At my XP there was no folder called TSCAN; and .exe and . dll files has different names.

But your idea have worked perfectly!

TSCAN deleted fine but it wont let me delete the other two files
