you must download a program called rkill first to kill the processes that the malwaredoc is running. this will stop the program and let you open others instead you getting the virus message. Then you must run a prog. called antimalware by malware bytes. but the key is you MUST do a update on the antivirus software so it can catch the new latest bugs, because I ran it but it didnt work until I did the update. I think the original one that come s with the download is Super old. email me if you have any questions. also check the site mybleepingcomputer.com.. all the tools are there.

It's not working. It downloads just fine but it can't do anything after that. It tries to get updates but then says it can't get them. I also can't get into www.pctools.com to I can't get the proper support.

What I really want to know is house to remove Malware Doctor because it's destroying my Dell laptop rendering it useless.
The support email Malware Doctor refers you to on it's website is not valid.

Any ideas?

Sincerely, Gary
