“Windows Antivirus 2009″ and “Internet Antivirus Pro” are NOT true AV programs. They are themselves – SPYWARE and used as a tool in an extortion scam.

Removing these apps from your PC is a hard task. Using the tools Spyware Doctor, ComboFix and a good registry cleaner may help you.

BUT, often we find that the most cost effective course of action is to back up your data and then rebuild your PC from scratch.

I own an IT company, and my guys have dealt with literaly hundreds of PCs with this infection.

Yeah I think its a virus. My antivirus stopped the download.
I have 12 PC with some has Norton others kaspersky McAfee Bitdefender.
