Unable to get onto internet unless in safe mode. Can receive email, however, even when in normal operation. Have a red ballon on task bar with a white X on it . I assume I have a virus or worm that has invaded my computer.
I have windows xp disk and could erase present
windows Op System, but do not know if virus or worm will also go away???????? Any ideas
